When run CS6 get Membership Expired message.

Question

Have user with Creative Cloud All apps subscription. When he goes to run Illustrator CS6 ( ran fine last week) he gets an erro saying Membership Expired. He has a valid CC All Apps subscription.

He has 3 profiles for the same email address and last week he received email from Adobe saying his profile is now setup?

Adobe no longer allows running any CS6 program with a subscription The only way to run any CS6 program is to have already purchased the serial number version of CS6
