When will Adobe come to Bangladesh 🇧🇩?

I am a Bangladeshi student who loves creative artworks and very passionate about learning and creating them. I love Adobe illustrator, Photoshop, premier pro. I have used other alternatives but nothing comes close to Adobe. However my love for adobe is one sided. Adobe doesn't care about us Bangladeshi creatives 🇧🇩.  We might be a small country but we growing and developing day by day. There are a lot of creators and designers who needs adobe subscription. So I request to do something for us.
