Question

When will Adobe fix licencing issues?

This is a bug.

Adobe randomly decides my account is in use by more than one person. The previously suggested solutions DO NOT WORK. Instead, Adobe will close all instances of work WITHOUT SAVING A RECOVERY COPY and insist I reset my password. This entails retreiving a code from email, using the autheticator app AND getting a text code. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?

Adobe has a licence management problem. This is NOT THE WAY LICENCES ARE MANAGED FOR PROFESSIONAL SOFTWARE like PackZ or ArtPro+ or any other product of its like. And those applications cost thousands per year, not $1100 like CC suite, and Adobe can’t manage to emulate those licencing schemes?

Unbelievable.

This is not the issue. The issue is Adobe’s mis-apprehension of how deployed licences are being used, resulting in interrupted work and time-wasting password resets.

    Hi Pete25182940rvck,

We are sorry for the experience. Would you mind signing out of all the devices and checking the issue?

I am also moving this post to the right community for further assistance.

    Thanks,
    Harshika

This is a bug, plain and simple. The bug is not in the coding, but in the implementation. Adobe “thinks” the account is in use by more than one person, for some unfathomable reason. Yes, you can move the post anywhere you care to, but that doesn’t resolve Adobe’s tone-deafness to this issue.
