I had believed my account to be deleted but was charged 34 dollars today, I would like to request a refund.

I also have issues concerning an unauthorized auto payment. I noticed I have been charged for about 6months now. I am unaware of some of these charges, and I have in the past used free trial options and canceled after the free trials ended, but I am still being charged monthly. I tried calling the provided contact number, but I could only reach the automated system. I need to talk to someone to understand this issue, and I also need my refunds. How can I talk to someone?

adobe only offers one trial.  after that first trial, any other attempts to start trials will result in subscriptions.

 

use https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/unknown-charge-on-bill.html to find the charged accounts and then check those accounts https://account.adobe.com to see what you still need to cancel if you do not want theem
