where did my premium features go?

I don’t understand why my iPad does not get the same features that my phone and laptop get. I pay for a premium subscription and I’m logged into my same adobe account on all three devices, however, my iPad does not have access to these features. What’s the deal??

    I looked into your account info, however, I could not find any active subscription associated with it.

    Have you purchased the plan using a different email address?

    You say ipad which is apple… did you buy from apple?

    If yes you must contact apple
