there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true

Hi Randy27456392ec6m,

Thanks for reaching out. As per your account details, you have an active annual prepaid plan for Adobe Creative Cloud Pro and Creative Cloud Files Storage.
Do you wish to change any specific detail in your invoice to change or do you wish to change your payment details? Let us know if this article helps: https://adobe.ly/4gIavUC

If it's a student plan, you need to know that the first year is an exceptional cheap price.

You may also look into your plans, if you have “added” an option: https://account.adobe.com/plans. I would do that prior to contacting Adobe customer care, to be sure about your situation.
