Where will the refund go?

Hi, I recently canceled my monthly subscription within the 14-day refund window. I encountered a billing issue that prevented me from canceling initially, so I added a bank account as a secondary payment method to complete the cancellation. Since the original charge was taken from my e-Money account, could you please clarify if the refund will be sent there or to the newly added bank account? Thanks!

    Hi @Renaldy Sugendra,

We appreciate you reaching out. As per your account details, you have a monthly plan for Adobe Podcast Premium. Since your plan is 1month and 7 days old, it will remain active till the end of this month’s term.

I could not locate any refund initiated by Adobe.

Let us know if you have any additional questions.

monthly subscriptions are not refunded.  did you mean you had an annual subscription paid monthly?

in either case,   make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

Refunds are issues automatically if applicable so ideally they should land in the account that is on file and working. However, to be sure you should contact Adobe support via the chat option on their website. These are peer to peer forums so no one can help you much in this situation
