I want to know whether or not my refund has been granted?

Refunds are automatically processed within 10-14 business days if applicable. Applicability rules can be checked by following the article linked below

On cancellation screen or the cancellation confirmation you may have been shown if you were eligible for refund or not.

Hi @Merry_scientist0af0 ,

Thank you for reaching out to the community.

We checked your account and can see that your Adobe Acrobat AI Assistant Plus are currently under the process of cancellation

For information about refund eligibility, please review the cancellation and refund terms applicable to your plan here. Refund eligibility depends on the plan type and when the cancellation takes place.
