Which plan is best for me?

I first started using Adobe back in 2009 as a student user (still only a beginner). About four years ago I switched from a student account to a personal account. Not sure how long I have been paying close to $60 a month for Creative Cloud. 
The programs I use are Premier, Media Encoder, and Photoshop.  I would like to try Captivate but at the moment I use Techsmith products for my screen record.  Which is not cheap.

Every once in a great while I'll try video enhancers, Lightroom, Aftereffects, and Audition.

 

Which plan would work for me? Really would like to eliminate apps outside the Adobe world.

all apps + captivate, if you need what you listed.

I am on the Creative Cloud plan which is $60 a month. Is there no cheaper plan? 
That would consist of just the few apps I use, plus Captivate.

If you use more than two CC apps, it is less expensive to subscribe to the all apps plan.
