Who can I contact for a refund?

Had a 7 day trial - I cancelled the auto renew as soon as I noticed the renewal was pending on my bank account. Adobe q&a says if I cancel within 14 days I get a full refund. Do I need to request a refund or is it done automatically and if I need to request one how do I contact someone??

The 14-day policy applies to the first month of purchase. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please find the following steps here: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html.
