Why am I asked to pay early cancellation fee?

I want to cancel my Creative Cloud Pro annual plan, paid monthly. It is showing an early cancellation fee of ₹1,994.97. Please help me cancel my plan and waive the early cancellation fee.

​@Generous_thinking0456if you subscribe to a monthly plan, there’s no cancellation fee. ever.if you subscribe to a lower (per month) annual plan, you agree not to cancel before the year’s end.you can seethe cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here),https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

Hi@Generous_thinking0456,We appreciate you reaching out.I reviewed your account info and found that you have an active annual Adobe plan since over a month. Early termination fee is asked to pay only when you cancel the plan before your original yearly commitment.
