Why am I being charged for a subscription that I do not recall starting?

See atrached Gmail. I did not realise this account was still running. I have not used the services for over a month. Please refund my money.

    I reviewed the account associated with your community profile and can confirm that an Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription was purchased on August 31, 2026, and canceled on September 30, 2026.
