Why am I charged VAT? I have a VIES registered company.

Hello,

I am asking because I have an annual plan, paid monthly, for the complete suite, for 37,19€ a month (I got that -40% offer Adobe gives every once in a while). My problem is, that from this amount, the 7,20€ is VAT. Now since I am registered for VAT-less transactions throughout Europe, why am I being charged this amount? My accountant says that this is wrong. Is there something we can do about it?
