I appreciate the update, @stevep88797130 and I apologize for the inconvenience. The behavior you described indicates the web browser was trying to submit your cancellation request. That request was never received, and in general, you should never wait longer than a minute or two for a web request. If you are not seeing any activity, you should resubmit the request.

Thank you for posting, @stevep88797130,  and thanks to @kglad for jumping in.

I understand why receiving a renewal email after canceling a subscription would be confusing, and I appreciate you taking the time to ask about it.

I reviewed the account associated with your community profile and can confirm that your Creative Cloud Pro subscription was canceled effective October 19, 2025. However, I also see an active Photography Plan subscription that has remained active on the account since 2015.

The email you received is a renewal notice for the Photography Plan and not for the canceled Creative Cloud Pro subscription.

If you no longer need the Photography Plan, you can manage or cancel the subscription by signing in to your Adobe account. You can find detailed instructions in this Help document:

    https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

Please let us know if you have any additional questions, @stevep88797130.

Thank you for explaining that as far as I know I have done what was requested when I came home from the concert last night @11:30 pm pressed cancel account. I got the blue spinning circle on the white back ground so I left the computer on and the news just gets better at 5 am the blue circle is still spinning. I believe at 12 am the blue circle will be spinning still. I am not able to send a direct email to adobe I just what every thing adobe canceled and completly finished.

As a pensioner I can no longer afford the cost of any thing adobe. I am going to try and ring up and see if I get some one other than a computer answer.
