Why am I getting charged after cancellation?

Dear Sir / Madam,

Attached you will find a document that keeps appearing unsolicited and repeatedly on my PC screen.

Firstly, I do not have a subscription to Acrobat Pro, yet since 01-06-2025, an amount of €24.19 is being deducted from my account every month.

I had cancelled my Acrobat Pro subscription in time.

Could you please let me know what is happening?
