Why am I receiving so many notifications?

I enabled notifications only for responses on my posts but i'm still getting notifications for the community i'm part of. Why?

i'm not sure what your exact problem is (and i don't really understand the issue unless you meant you're geting notifications for communities of which you're NOT a participant), but there are problems with the adobe forums including their notification system.
