Why am I still being charged for a subscription?

Canceled subscription AI Assistant for Acrobat  i have a question why doesnot my subscribtion been canceled before the end of the 7 days as i cacelled it but still it wants to charge me money every single month fradulently and i didnt use the app why is that i want a full fix to the issue???????????
