Question

Why am I still charged for my canceled subscription

Abobe is charging me €13.42 on 18 June and 18 July even though I cancelled my Acrobat trial on 10 June and got this email message:

Cancellation confirmed
We've processed your cancellation request, and your subscription to Adobe Acrobat Pro will end on 10-June-2026 (PT).

This is fraud. I want my money back. I won't be using Adobe again.

    check your account, https://account.adobe.com

    does it show any subscriptions?

Yes, and I cancelled it AGAIN!

I got a confirmation email the first time, yet conveniently for Adobe I was still charged twice and if I wasn't checking my credit card statements you could have extracted months or years of payments from me for a service I cancelled.

Is Adobe in the fraud business now?

Thanks for posting to this public discussion forum, Pianodrogheda.

I apologize for any confusion, but you did not complete the self-cancel process listed at https://adobe.ly/4yzN7kV. This has left your subscription still active and is why you continue to be charged.

Please click on https://adobe.ly/4bvRymX to speak with a member of our team who can help you with your request to cancel your subscription and receive a refund. I don't see any records of any previous attempts to reach us, so use a different device if you are unable to contact anyone at https://adobe.ly/4bvRymX.

For more information about the cancellation and refund process, see https://adobe.ly/4x1x5P5. Any refunds issued will take up to 14 days.

Please update this public discussion thread if you have any additional questions, Pianodrogheda. ^JW

I have a subscription cancellation confirmation email from 10th June. Judging by your deceptive buttons during my second cancelation I can only conclude that this was not an error but a purposeful attempt to extract money from me, despite your cancellation email.
