I done a less than 1 hour trial of using adobe to edit PowerPoint and cancelled. This thriving company continues to steal money from my account even though so do not use their services. It is extremely annoying how u can have access to my account

    Hi @Angry009,

Adobe Creative Cloud applications come with a 7-day free trial, which automatically converts into a paid plan if not cancelled within the trial period. Based on your account details, your Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription has been active for over a month, which is why you’re seeing the charges.

As @Peru Bob suggested, you can cancel your plan by following the steps in this guide:
    Cancel your Adobe subscription

Please note that since this is an annual plan, there may be an early termination fee if you cancel before the end of the billing term. You can learn more here:

You need to have a valid form of payment before you can cancel a subscription and get a refund.

Why would you need my payment information when I have no valid subscription with you. I am not using your service nor ever intend to. I hate this company and will report to the financial busman and report to my local mp. Return my money to the same account from which you took it unlawfully. I signed up for a free trial. Cancelled within the hour and never used it again. You took money the first month. I complained you returned it and then 2 months later took money again. A bunch of thieves.

Did you properly cancel and receive an email confirmation of the cancellation?
