Why can't I cancel my free trial?

Question

i tried to cancel too before the free trial expires but it wont show my plan TILL THE DAY AFTER where they are already trying to charge me! i find this dubious!

Thank you for posting, Electric_Flair.I reviewed the account details and can see there are currently two active subscriptions associated with your account that are past due. When there is a payment issue on an active subscription, Adobe may prevent changes to the plan, including cancellation, until the billing information is updated.Please sign in to your Adobe Account page and update the payment method associated with the affected subscriptions.
