I understand your concern, Electric_Flair. The trial is a trial with payment, and your payment method was not accepted.

    Thank you for posting, Electric_Flair.

I reviewed the account details and can see there are currently two active subscriptions associated with your account that are past due. When there is a payment issue on an active subscription, Adobe may prevent changes to the plan, including cancellation, until the billing information is updated.

Please sign in to your Adobe Account page and update the payment method associated with the affected subscriptions. Once the payment information has been successfully updated, you should be able to complete the self-cancel process:

If you need help updating your payment method, please see:

After the payment information has been updated, return to your account and follow the cancellation steps here:

Cancel your Adobe trial or subscription

Please let us know if you continue to experience issues after updating your payment information, Electric_Flair. ^JW

Your cancellation process makes it seem like you're intentionally trying to prevent people from canceling until they're charged. I should have been able to cancel the free trial from the start. This is incredibly misleading and unacceptable.v
