Question

Why can't I connect with someone about my charge from Adobe?

I would have to use a messaging board to try and connect with someone who can actually help me. Anyways this August 6 I subscribed to Adobes 7-day free trial to edit a document for a schoolworks. At the same day,  I cancelled that subscription so I would not be charged, and i recieve an email of calcelling the 7 subscription. But this August 28 I look at my billing history on my Gcash account and see I have been charged 1,674.40 pesos. Apparently I have been getting charged  AFTER I canceled my 7-day free trial. This is absurd and I want a refund my subscription  without the cancellation fee. I am a college student and am barely scraping by. I need that money tommorow for my school. I find it very slimy for this company to do this and not even send an email letting me know that I am being billed, I am very unhappy about this.For some reason i cant post a question

    Thank you for posting, @Dreamy_Symphonyc7e0.

    My apologies for any problems you have encountered while managing your different subscriptions.

    I understand why this is confusing for everyone involved, especially since you canceled the AI Assistant for Acrobat subscription on the same day you started it.

    Based on the available information under your account, the AI Assistant for Acrobat subscription was activated and canceled on August 6. A separate Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription was then started on August 14 and canceled today, August 28.

    Since the Acrobat Pro subscription was canceled within 14 days of purchase, any applicable refund is processed automatically back to the original payment method. Refund processing can take up to 14 days, and your financial institution may require additional time for the credit to appear on your statement.

    You can review Adobe's subscription and cancellation terms here:

    Please update this discussion thread if you have any additional questions for me or @kglad, @Dreamy_Symphonyc7e0.

    @Dreamy_Symphonyc7e0

    so, you had two different subscriptions: acrobat and ai for acrobat.  each was canceled during the trial period?

    if so, you’ll receive a refund.
