Why can’t I sign up for a subscription?

I've been trying to upgrade to the premium version on IOS reader. However I get an error message every time I try. I have an individual account so I don't understand why this is happening. I don't have an administrator! How do I fix this??

you're using ios?  if so, you have/had an enterprise subscription on it?

Using my iPad. I've never had a subscription under any other company.

Charismatic_Mindset sorry you are blocked from subscribing to our services. Are you using the same account to make this public post that you are using when attempting to purchase the subscription on your iPad? I don't see anything under this account, but the device or Apple ID could be managed by an organization.

 

Is this your personal iPad? If so, have you contacted Apple about the error, Charismatic_Mindset? ^JW
