Why can’t I upgrade my storage?

Hi, I have a Creative Cloud Students plan and would like to upgrade my storage, since I've started using Lightroom intensively. I've found the support page on upgrading your storage, but when I follow the instructions I only get the options to change my plan or cancel it – not to simply upgrade the storage. Is this because I'm on a student plan? Is there a different way to upgrade storage? Thanks!
