Why did I get charged a fee when I cancelled within a half hour to an hour of subscribing?

Question

I subscribed to an Adobe Acrobat Pro free trial and cancelled within 30 minutes to an hour of subscribing and was charged a fee on $32.20 USD on September 9th, 2026. Why was I charged a fee and how do I get reimbursed? More Details:
