Question

Why did I get charged after I cancelled my subscription?

I cancelled my subscription, selected all of the "no thanks" options and had it completely cancelled, yet I was still charged $40 today. Why? Is it cause I inadvertently opened an Acrobat doc. Will this reactivate every time somebody sends me an Acrobat doc?

Honestly the world would be a better place without Adobe Acrobat always active on government docs and forcing me to pay just to print something.

Dustin, thanks for posting your question about managing Acrobat subscriptions to this public discussion forum. I can confirm that you successfully canceled the subscription.

Acrobat Reader is available for free. Did you access a premium feature and then sign up for a subscription, Dustin?

Please see https://adobe.ly/4jmUtzT for information about the free features available without a subscription. ^JW

Thank you. I accessed a trial, completed what I needed to try, and then immediately cancelled my subscription. So why was I charged?
