Why did you charge me

Hello Adobe Support Team, 

Please help me with this , Illustrator Saggart Dublie deducted ₵ 12,148.39 colones Costa Rica, in my bank account dated Oct 17, 2024 as I already cancelled my trial subcription several days before my trial sub ended (AB04684200079CCR), How I can I file refund on this?

 

You responce is highly appreciated. 

 

Please help me.

    Hi @clayon_9604,

    Thanks for reaching out. I looked into your account details however, I could not find any active or trial subscriptions associated with it. Also, I could not find any transaction requested by Adobe.

    Did you speak with your bank regarding this?

    before contacting support, check your account to see if everything was canceled so you're prepared.

    Hey, again I received another charge from you team. Why did you charge people without my authorization. This seems to be scamm at this point. You have charged me twice. This is ridiculous.
