Good Morning, I have a creative cloud account, and I can't find anywhere an option to access help over the phone. Could someone help me find it?

  • Which product and version do you have?
  • Which operating system?
  • What specific problems are you having?

If you have a Creative Cloud subscription, you're in the wrong place. This forum is for the older Creative Suite products which cost a one-time payment. They have at least five years old and most are out of customer support.

If you are using Adobe Creative Cloud products and have a current subscription, we can move your question to the proper forum. You should be eligible for chat or phone support.

Yes.  It's unclear if the OP is asking about legacy CS Master Collection or a current Creative Cloud subscription.
