Why do transactions take out my money? I don’t have any adobe account

But Touch nGo doesn’t have credit card number, expired date. How to detect adobe transactions payment ?

use https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/unknown-charge-on-bill.html to find the adobe account being billed.  then check that account ( https://account.aodbe.com ) to see what’s been purchased.

I recently noticed an unauthorized charge on my Touch nGo Ewallet from Adobe, amounting to RM 239.76 on 15 August 2026. The transaction details are as follows:

• Date: 15 August 2026

• Amount: RM 239.76

• Transaction Reference: as attached

I do not recall subscribing to any Adobe services after deactivated my acc and I did not authorize this payment. Kindly assist me in identifying the source of this charge and process a refund if it was made in error. If there is an active subscription linked to my card, please cancel it immediately to prevent further deductions.
