Why does Adobe have such horrible support?

Why does Adobe have such horrible support? AND why doesn't their technology work?  I tried to purchase a subscription and the option to pay with PayPal was given.  Used that option, paid for the subscription and Adobe never process the order and I'm out the money.  Spent hours with PayPal and Adobe and neither company has a clue on customer support.  What a horrible company and I'd like to know why it is impossible to speak to a person or anyone from the United States.

Just FYI with reference to the BBB (your second image):


The BBB is a private nonprofit, with no authority to do anything.

They are funded by the businesses to which they issue accreditation.

it's possible an adobe employee may respond to this, but if you demand thay be from the usa you're limiting your options.  most of us that do respond are not employees (though often from the usa).
