Why is the Amazon price lower for the photograhy subscription...119.99? Would Adobe match this price during Black Friday? It would be a kind gesture on Adobe's part. And maybe get more customers.

adobe has black Friday deals, too (1/2 off). but both amazon and adobe deals have "fine print".
