why adobe illustrator showing billing issue even after credited money?!! WHY IT’S HAPPENING LIKE THIS???!!!!!

    I’ve already paid and till it’s showing Billing issue (Adobe PS). Last month also I had same issue. Why Adobe is showing like this!! It’s too frustrating!

    check your account ( https://account.adobe.com ) using a mobile phone's updated non-opera browser with wifi disabled.

    When I check with my transaction history on Adobe acc, it’s not showing the payment details there. I’ve used google pay and it’s paid!!!

    I made two payments in May 2026, but Adobe Illustrator is still showing a billing problem. I’m very disappointed, and I have yet to receive a refund for the failed charges.
