Why does the support line keep hanging up on me?

I am trying to untangle two license accounts I have. Every time i call Adobe, i am hung up on.

What the heck?

Anyone got any ideas how I can get them to talk to me.

I had the same issue when I tried to cancel. I said the word cancel and the representative hung up on me. This happened 4 times!
