    Thank you for posting, @loyal_Ocean1b67.

I understand how confusing it can be to receive payment reminder emails when you believe you no longer have an active subscription.

After reviewing your account, I can confirm that there were two subscriptions associated with it:

    • Adobe Acrobat AI Assistant Plus, which was canceled on September 11, 2026.
    • Adobe Acrobat Pro, which remains active and was originally started on July 28, 2026.

Because the Acrobat Pro subscription is still active, the payment reminder emails you are receiving may be related to that plan rather than the AI Assistant Plus subscription that was recently canceled.

If you no longer want to keep the Acrobat Pro subscription, please review Adobe's cancellation instructions:

    https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

You may also want to review the subscription terms that apply to Adobe plans, including cancellation and renewal information:

    https://www.adobe.com/legal/subscription-terms.html

You can review and manage your active plans here:

    https://account.adobe.com/plans

I hope this helps clarify why you are still receiving payment notifications. Please update this discussion if you have any questions after reviewing your account details, @loyal_Ocean1b67.

This is a user to user forum. I’m afraid that we don’t have any access to any subscription accounts. You need to do that directly with Adobe Customer Service. Follow this link to find out how to get that done.

    Hope this helps,
