why i lost my money

first i use (email address removed by moderator)  to login the create cloud, 

and today i regist with the (a different email address removed by moderator) to buy and try the plan , 

but the application can not uninstall in my pc,and my pc is all inspired,all can not use,and can not download the soft by the new one (the 2nd address referenced also removed by moderator).

Does your PC meet the mininmum system requirements to run Creative Cloud + your OS + all other apps you intend to use?  Check each one.
