Question

Why is Adobe committing fraud, by not reinburishment in the legal and publicized way?!

I subcrived two products in the same date (total 45€), canceled them well within the 14 days given by the European legislation, I got 8€ back but the other’s 37€. The boot works in loop, meaning it gives no answers, no human reply. Another SCAM by one of the largest!

    Hi @ArturLukas

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

I reviewed your account and found that you were notified via email that your Adobe Acrobat subscription remains active until June 2, 2026. As a result, the refund has only been processed for the plan that was canceled, while the active subscription continues until its end date.

I hope this helps clarify the situation. Please let me know if you have any further questions.

    Hi @ShivangiGupta and @kglad

I’m attaching the subscription email I got on the subscription date of 25 of April, stating 7 days offer plus 14 of legal obligation to cancel with 100% refund in Europe, as also showed in the attached print screen from your website return policy.

I attach the cancelation email from the 11 of May.
Unjustifiably the lesser part of what I paid was refunded, however the bigger one was reheeled!

I’ve asked #Revolut to refund maybe they are more serious with their clients than you!

    check your account, https://account.adobe.com

does it show all subscriptions cancelled?

if so, you should have emails from adobe showing your trial start date(s) and your cancellation date(s).  what are those dates?
