Why is Adobe trying to charge my card more than a month before they should be?

Luckily I emptied that debit card before they tried to charge it. So, I tried cancelling my account, because half the time the image and video generations have errors are not usable. For me, it’s not worth it to pay Adobe and only receive 50% of what I paid for. Adobe sent a message after I cancelled, saying to please don’t cancel and that they are giving me two months free subscription to stay and don’t cancel my subscription. I figured it was worth it to stay. Maybe they will get better in two months time and I won’t have to cancel? About a week ago, Adobe started trying to charge my Visa debit card. They told me they wouldn’t charge me until November 12th. What’s up with that, Adobe? Plus… on top of that, I have been getting an error, and can’t generate videos with my credits that I have. I thought Adobe was supposed to be top of the line. What’s up, Adobe?
