Why is it so difficult to get ahold of a real person to help with billing? I'm being double billed $22.99 every month since Feb 22, 2026.

Why is it so difficult to get ahold of a real person to help with billing? I'm being double billed $22.99 every month since Feb 22, 2026.

come on! Someone in billing please help me!

    I can confirm that you started two subscriptions for Illustrator on February 20th. Please click on https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen to speak with a member of our team who can help you cancel the unnecessary membership.

     

    I don’t see any records of any previous attempts to reach us, so please use a different device to contact us at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen if you are unable to reach anyone or are redirected to this public discussion forum.

    You may also want to review the settings for web browser and security software on the device you are using, ​@msddarrah@gmail.com. We do try to prevent duplicate subscriptions, and you have also mentioned an inability to contact us. If both of those events occurred on the same device, you may encounter future problems when interacting with websites.

    Thanks to everyone who made suggestions on how to get my problem resolved.

    I finally got ahold of a real people who canceled the duplicate subscription & sent the refund through for 3 months of double billing for my ai product..

    I appreciate everyone very much.

    does that show just one account of yours?

     

    if so, check that account https://account.adobe.com .  does it show more than one subscription?

    There are 2separate account numbers created the same day after a free trial I signed up for an online class I was taking in February this year. Each one of them has billed me $22.99 every month for the last 3 months.  I notified them it was incorrect as soon as I saw it. There should only be 1 account billing me for only 1 subscriptions. 
    Now I need nearly $70 refunded to me for those 3 months I was double billed.

    This page has support for products but I don’t see anything for billing or refunds.
