I don’t see any records of any previous attempts to reach us, so please use a different device to contact us at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen if you are unable to reach anyone or are redirected to this public discussion forum.
You may also want to review the settings for web browser and security software on the device you are using, @msddarrah@gmail.com. We do try to prevent duplicate subscriptions, and you have also mentioned an inability to contact us. If both of those events occurred on the same device, you may encounter future problems when interacting with websites.
