Why is my all apps plan showing a price of £773.86?

Hi,

Not sure if this is the right place to post this query - please redirect me if not.

I am in the UK. I have the all apps 100gb plan. Under manage my plan it shows the cost as £773.86/yr, annual plan, prepaid. However, here https://www.adobe.com/uk/creativecloud/plans.html it shows the price per month as £56.98/month, which is considerably less than a twelfth of £773.86.
What am I missing here?
(Last night I purchased an additional twelve months redemption code from Amazon.co.uk for a wonderful £339.99 and successfully applied that to my account.)
Thank you.

Hi @wake6,

Thanks for your question!

I’ve checked your account details, and I can confirm that your most recent payment for the All Apps annual prepaid plan was £656.21. The new price of £773.86 will apply starting from your next renewal cycle on January 20, 2027.

This change is a part of Adobe’s recent Creative Cloud pricing updates, which reflect ongoing improvements and new features added to the suite. You can read more about these updates here: Creative Cloud: Changes in Plans & Prices

Let us know if you have any questions or need help reviewing alternative plans.

Congratulations on the discounted plan. Until now, I've seen this only for the Photography plan. Redemption codes from Amazon do work. I would, however, be careful, if the vendor is not Amazon.

I've checked with your link what Adobe shows to me. Indeed, there is a lower price shown. If you click "see all plans & pricing" you will get the annual prepaid price too. And it does not look like a first year price. It does not add up, if I add the one year Adobe stock plan, neither.

check whether you're purchasing "stock", too.

On the manage your plan page it simply says
"Creative Cloud All Apps 100GB" and then under "billing and payment" it simply says
"£773.86/yr

Next payment on Jan 20, 2027
Annual plan, prepaid"
There's no mention of stock.
I'm not due to renew until next year.
But thank you for the thought.

then the monthly price you saw might have been an intro price (for first time buyers).
