Last week, i have subscribe for Adobe Acrobat Pro and on the next days i got an email that says “We are reaching out to notify you that our fraud prevention specialists detected fraudulent behavior concerning your Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription. As a result, your subscription has been cancelled and you will no longer be able to access the included Adobe apps and services.”

I’m really confused like what’s going on to my account and contact the support team, but they can’t even tell me what the cause of this and i can’t get any refund for this case. After that, they said to wait for 5-7 days to investigate. I've been waiting for 5-7 days, but there's no any update to me.

I’m really want to know, what is going on to my account.

If there’s somebody that had the same case, please share with me. I’m tired with this drama and can’t even get my money back.

I had the same problem. They don’t even tell what the problem was. Adobe is losing customers like this.

    Hi kind_Sunshine3380,

I’m sorry for the confusion and understand how frustrating billing issues can be.

I can see that you have active Acrobat Pro and Illustrator subscriptions, which indicates a payment issue. To help us understand the situation better, could you let us know which subscription you're having trouble with?

Also, have you received any email notification about the payment issue? If so, please share any details from the email, such as the message you received or any error information.

The more information you provide, the better we can guide you. We’re here to help.

    Thanks

Hi there! Thanx for your reply. I had to make a new Adobe ID. That was the advice I was given. So i did

My original account was suspended because of fraudulent activity. That wasn’t the case. Unfortunately i do love Adobe, so i was forced to make a new account. Hopefully it doesn’t happen again.

So i will give Adobe one more chance, but if this happens again, i’m out.

    For now everything works fine.

But im still in the dark, wondering what the problem was.

You will have to work with Adobe support on this. Show them proofs of your legit purchase and make a case.

I’ve already done that, but they still need investigation and told me to wait for 5-7 days. Until now, i don’t receive any update on my case. This is frustrated me.

I understand the frustration but other users like you and me can’t help with this. There was another post about this same issue and there also an Adobe representative directed to continue the case with Adobe Support.
