    Thank you for posting, Jayhonn.

I apologize for any confusion you have encountered in managing your Stock subscription.

You will need to select the plan you wish to cancel first before the cancellation button becomes available. Please see https://adobe.ly/45lNbad for more information. You may need to use a different web browser or device if you are unable to proceed, Jayhonn.

I am sorry that you did not find more value in your usage of Adobe Stock, Jayhonn. Please be aware that as soon as you click cancel, you will lose any unused credits, and you have a considerable amount that you have purchased.

If you purchased Adobe Stock by accident, Jayhonn, and are just now discovering the subscription, then click on https://adobe.ly/4pxGTgY to speak with a member of our team who can help you with your cancellation request.

Please update this public discussion thread if you have any additional questions, Jayhonn. ^JW

do you have a payment problem?

if not, try using a mobile phone's updated non-opera browser with wifi disabled to cancel.
