Question

Why is there a company from a whole other continent logged in as a current session?

I was looking at my current sessions and cleaning out some unknown sessions. I can't end my current session, which isn't even my current sesssion- I don't work for Axios, nor do I live in Ireland. I live in a whole other continent, and I don't even use my adobe cloud for business. How'd they get access to my account? How can I kick them out? I really want to know why a large healthcare company is using my Adobe Cloud. Super weird.

I just noticed this is happening to me as well. As of 1/6/25, there is an active session (unable to end) with my Adobe account labeled Axios in Dublin Ireland. I have tried everything... ending sessions, changing passoword, adding 2-step authentication, restarting. Nothing is working.

you may have to give it a few minutes. (i'm default with the bulldog icon that posted that i was having the issue in 2024).

Also, Adobe....can you look into this? Obviously there's a hacker of sorts from Ireland who keeps hacking people's accounts.

Adding my name to the weird Dublin, Ireland sessions phenomenon. 2 factor fixed it for me as well.

I just ran into the same Ireland session in progress. The date noted was July 25, 2024--which is a year ahead from what your screenshot showed. With so many accounst running into this, Adobe should look into it, regardless of its users setting up 2-factor authentication. Their backend is not secure if one person can hitch a ride on so many of our accounts with opening sessions. Weird, but insecure. It could be a bug that uses Adobe as a portal to access our desktops.

This just happened for me today, I checked and the device was unknown but it was also located in Dublin, Ireland... I'm not sure how this is happening, but I got rid of it by changing my login info, signing out in the browser, and signing back in. How on earth is it happening to us and why always Dublin, Ireland 😂

Hi there,

This looks strange. We second with the suggestions shared by @kglad. In a scenario like this, it would be best to end all sessions and then sign back in.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Regards,

Shivangi

I also currently see this issues on my account, even after ending all sessions. I cannot end this one though--it's greyed out. I also live on an entirely different continent AND I don't have any adobe programs open at the moment, so this ain't me!

Default: if you cannot end the other sessions, then please complete the process listed in https://adobe.ly/49vW15F to reset the password for your Adobe account. This will help you secure the account if someone else has been signed into your membership.

If you need additional assistance, please click on https://adobe.ly/3HAVYJw to begin a secure chat session with a member of our support team. They can help you further with signing out of any devices you cannot access. ^JW

But I am in no way related to Axios, so why did Axios appear as my current session?

alright well I just cleared the tab, checked a family member's account to see if they had a similar issue, then logged back into mine and the Axios current session is gone. Weird. Now the current session is matching my device.

Just because the Axios session issue is gone does NOT mean this issue is solved. Really hoping for an answer as to why Axios the healthcare company was logged in to my account from another continent!
