Why isnt my adobe payment updated? I need answer!
I just paid 18k to the Adobe Student Plan, and guess what..
The payment was past due, tho, and when I opened the website, it showed that the billing info wasn't accurate. After many tries, when it finally became successful, I got a confirmation message as well. but there is no update from the website. I'm concerned about the payment update because your silly website won't allow me to check my plan details or change them. + On sms/ text message, I received a message saying that there was an autopay mandate. This confused me because I didn't sign up for any autopay mandate- my billing method has always been annual, total payment at once. I hope someone from Adobe takes action and helps me out.
