Question

Why may a fee be charged if a subscription is cancelled?

Hello everyone!

I would like to know how to solve the following problem.

In December I started a free trial of Adobe Premiere Pro. When the trial ended, I started a paid trial. I used the service for a couple of months and then decided to cancel the subscription due to a lack of use. I had to pay a certain amount after the premature cancellation of the subscription, but after payment and confirmation from Adobe, I am still receiving monthly invoices of 26.20 EUR, as I did before.

What should I do in that case?

if you have an annual subscription (or trial > then subscription) that's paid monthly and you cancel before your 1 year obligation ends, there's a penalty = 1/2 the remaining months fee.
