Thank you for the update, @realistic_Unicorna2cb.
I am sorry for the frustration caused by the unexpected charges and the time you've spent trying to get this resolved.
I reviewed the subscription history associated with the account and found that there were three separate subscriptions:
- Photoshop Annual plan purchased on June 10.
- AI Assistant for Acrobat subscription purchased on June 30.
- Acrobat Pro subscription purchased on June 30.
The Photoshop Annual plan and Acrobat Pro subscription were canceled on September 7, and the AI Assistant for Acrobat subscription was canceled on September 30.
As @kglad suggested, checking the subscriptions listed in your Adobe account can help identify which plans remain active. In this case, there were three separate subscriptions, each requiring its own cancellation.
Regarding the charges, Adobe subscriptions are subject to the terms accepted at the time of purchase. Annual plans paid monthly may incur an early termination fee if canceled before the end of the contract term. You can find more information here:
https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html
Based on the subscription history, all three subscriptions now show as canceled. If any charges appear after the September 30 cancellation date, please share the charge date and amount so we can help clarify whether the charge is related to a final billing cycle, an early termination fee, or another subscription.
Thank you to @kglad for suggesting the account review process. If you have any additional questions, please let us know in this discussion, @realistic_Unicorna2cb.
