Question

Why was I charged different after subscription renewal?

VERY poor service, and VERY unprofessional to get charged without being warned about price increase. I ABSOLUTELY want a refund and i don't want to hear anything about it. I can't even begin to describe how furious I am.

    Hi @mpingitor2,

We appreciate you writing in. I reviewed your account info and found that you have a CC Pro (student) subscription which got renewed for the second year 2 day ago. I can also confirm that Adobe sent you an email one month before renewal where the price change was mentioned.

If you are renewing into your second year, then your first-year introductory price is coming to an end, and you will be charged the new price for your student and teacher plan.

Refunds are initiated if the subscription is cancelled within first 14 days of purchase which makes your account ineligible for refund.

I hope this clarifies the queries you have. Let me know if you have any additional questions.

Listen, there was no email sent to me on my end - anywhere. So, yes you can tell me that your system is saying that an email was sent to me but on my end, which I’m the one paying for this don’t forget, no email received. I don’t have the extra money to be charged the amount that I did, and there are financial needs I pay for school. Please understand where I’m coming from and respect that a refund will be made. Please also send a number so I can call somebody to discuss this with over the phone not through an automated text msg.

While our records show that an email was sent on May 14, 2026, I hear you when you say that you did not receive it. I understand how frustrating that can feel, especially with other important financial priorities on your end.

You can reach Adobe support here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen

    I hope it helps.
