@Jeffrey_A_Wright The exact same thing happened to me too. I pay waaaay too much now and I am wondering with whom I should talk for the refund! Thank Goodness I checked my account and saw many withdrawals from my bank account that made me question.

Thanks for the update, @gina_13 . I see that you were able to contact us for the first time today and that any unneeded plans were cancelled. Please use the steps listed at https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/customer-support-portal.html if you need to make any updates to support case ADB-43945146-Z9W0.

@gina_13 thanks for posting to this public discussion forum. I see that you currently have three different active monthly subscriptions. Please see https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/subscriptions-and-plans/renewals-and-cancellations/cancel-adobe-subscription.html to cancel any of your unneeded commitments to Adobe.

For more information on the cancellation and refund process, see https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/terms-policies-and-regulations/adobe-subscription-terms.html#month-to-month.

Thank you, but why when I renewed with the full package, Adobe didn’t cancel the other plans although they said they would, which were included in the new plan I selected, and it even said they will refund me the difference and cancel the other plans. It makes no sense! I am based in Germany
