Why won't they stop emailing me about account renewals when I cancelled months ago

For months, Adobe has sent me emails to inform me that my account will renew automatically in July. I have contacted them each time to say HEY, I CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT, DIDN'T I? Please confirm that you won't charge me and please stop emailing me.

 Last time I ended the chat in anger and they had they audacity to call me TWICE afterwards at 10 pm (with a number I had not provided for this purpose).

Each time they send these messages telling me that my account will renew, and I get in touch to make sure they know it's cancelled, they come back later with assurances that my account is cancelled and that the email was simply a glitch and that I will receive no further messages. And no, I'm not subscribed to ANY lists. WHY did I just get another email? What is going on?! Do I not have the right to refuse any further contact? If I literally say "NEVER EMAIL ME AGAIN" they apparently think that means "Please call me as soon as I end this chat, and email me in a month." Complete idiocy. I will never give them my money again.

M2, my apologies for any unwanted communications you have received from Adobe. I don't see any recent support cases, but please bookmark https://adobe.ly/4f4v9wX, which lists information on reviewing and updating your recent support cases.

The recent e-mails you received could have been marketing communications, M2. You can find information on how to adjust the marketing messages for your account at https://adobe.ly/4bEK5iB. You can also find steps to review your account information to remove unwanted phone numbers at https://adobe.ly/3Y2i6Gc;

Please update this public discussion if you have any additional questions, M2. ^JW

This company is a total scam.  No way to cancel online.  Did not send email indicating renewal is up.  Get an emial stating it has been renewed.  How can a company this size be so unethical is amazing.  They need a class action lawsuit

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
