Will I expect a higher bill next month?

Hi all! I'm Lanz. I purchased a monthly Photoshop subscription for myself, and I would like to know if I can expect an increase on my next bill. I'm from the Philippines , and there's a new law that states all digital services (including Adobe) will see a 12% rise in value-added tax (VAT) starting June 2025.

I saw the guide on how to update a tax ID, but I think it's not available if I'm from the Philippines. Suppose it only works in other countries.

With that being said, will my next bill be = subscription fee + 12% added tax?

Hi. Thank you for your reply. May I ask if Adobe is compliant with each country's tax law? For example, my country, the Philippines, has this new tax law that states that digital services, including Adobe, will have to charge additional 12% VAT to their customers for purchases or renewal of services if they chose a subscription service.

I wish to know if such a thing may happen so that I can be prepared for it. Thank you.

Yes. I'm already experiencing the 12% tax. Even on spotify, netflix etc. Even games! When i purchase a promo and pay via Gcash, the deduction on my account is higher compared to what it used to be.
