Will I lose access to educator annual subscription if my uni email account is disabled?

I am an educator at a verified university.

I need to purchase an annual discounted Abobe Creative Cloud subscription using my verified university account. My educator role is a 9 month contract (it may be extended).

Will I lose access to the full CC annual subscription if my university email account is disabled after 9 months?

• To avoid this, am I able to change the email address to my non insitutional account after I purchase, without affecting the lisence after the Adobe CC subscription?
