Will the payment be cancel?

Hello,
I just canceled my Illustrator subscription. I thought I canceled it before the renewal à month ago, but I see that a payment is currently pending on my account.

I haven't used the service and I don't want to renew my subscription. Will the payment be canceled?

you have to cancel your subscription to stop auto-renewal.  you cannot initiate contact with adobe via email and any contact from "adobe" to you about this issue will most likely be a scammer.  beware.

 

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.



if you're unable to follow the steps described, you'll need to await help from an adobe employee for the next step.  (if you don't get a reply here from a badged employee within 24 hours, repost.)

Thank you for your reply. Will the pending payment be canceled if I cancelled the subscription this morning ? Or am I obliged to pay? I had the monthly subscription for a few months but I don't use it that much. 
I thought I canceled it before the renewal but I see that a payment is currently pending on my account.

that i do not know.  most likely, you're past your renewal date and will incur a penalty for early cancellation.

 

you can confirm that by starting the cancellation process.
